Your wedding day venue will set the scene for your entire wedding; it will provide the backdrop to the most important day of your life so getting the right venue that suits both your personalities and your style of wedding is crucial to the success of your day.
With the choice of wedding day venue growing every month it can be hard to know which venue is right for you; which ones you should look at and even which ones should be on your shortlist of viewings! It can very quickly become a very time consuming and overwhelming task and there is the risk that you view to many and then become indifferent to all the venues you have seen and are unable to make your mind up.
Our Venue Search service is here to help you. During a detailed conversation we will go through your venue requirements which include: the style of venue you prefer ie period or modern property, hotel, rural, city, luxury etc etc. We will also require the approximate number of guests that will be attending during both the day (especially if the venue is for a civil ceremony) and the evening along with any accommodation requests, your preference for the wedding breakfast ie sit down meal or informal BBQ etc and finally any disability access requirements/facilities.
In the following 7-10 days we will research individual properties and present you with a shortlist of up to 8 venues. With the shortlist presented we will arrange appointments to view and accompany (if required) or we provide a checklist of those all important questions to ask if you wish to view and negotiate by yourselves.
Pricing: After first speaking with you to establish your preferences and number of venues you would like to shortlist we will be able to offer you a non obligatory quotation that dependent on your requirements may include accompanied site visits to your shortlisted venues.
We will typically provide a review of up to 8 venues that meet your selection criteria and provide a detailed report including photos and a venue’s own marketing material if available. We will if required arrange appointments to view and accompany to negotiate questions and contracts.
